How do I add more whitespace above my buttons? The space between each button you can arrange by playing with the width settings in the plugin. I would expect the same when changing the height settings, but this has no effect.

If you mean for the whole set of buttons then near the beginning of the parameters there will be a field labeled 'CSS Style' place the following line of css into the field.

float: left; padding-top: 30px;

Of course you can change the number of pixels to pad the top to anything that you like. And when I used the 'float: left;' that is because I am assuming that you are using the horizontal layout (if you are using a vertical layout then leave the 'float: left;' out of the statement.
